May 2005 from a computer consultant whom we used.
II. What was the first project commissioned by TSD?
The previous consultant started a project of improving and updating our Client Tracking (Powerbuilder) program, but never finished it. Upon completion of this project, David Taylor made improvements to our web site.
III. What was the objective for the project?
The objective of improving our Client tracking was to be able to handle our business more efficiently. The web site improvement allowed our clients and corporate clients to have access to their information in our client tracking, thereby providing better information to clients and reducing the number of phone calls.
IV. What benefits has the solution currently brought to your organization/company?
It has helped streamline for our users, the public as well as our staff, the process of locating the most desirable property at the least amount of time. It has also helped increase the popularity of our site which in turn has helped reduce the cost of client acquisition, as a result of having to spend less for print advertising.

We have become more efficient.
