I. How did you first hear of Taylor Software Development?  Date MM/YY?
Back in 1998, as I started realizing the potential and power of IT for small business, I decided to build an online database and add some real time functionality to my company website. I am not even sure how came across TSD, besides the fact that I was doing searches on Yahoo for asp developers, but I never regretted it and we have since done a lot of projects.

II. What was the first project commissioned by TSD?
An apartment database which could be accessed online by my staff as well as public users. This was a tiny application compared to the functionality we end up adding our website and back end in subsequent years, all done by TSD.

III. What was the objective for the project?
To make it easier for the public as well as our users to see in real time any changes in our apartment inventory.

IV. What benefits has the solution currently brought to your organization/company?
It has helped streamline for our users, the public as well as our staff, the process of locating the most desirable property at the least amount of time. It has also helped increase the popularity of our site which in turn has helped reduce the cost of client acquisition, as a result of having to spend less for print advertising.

V. How will the solution provide continued benefits in the future?
It all comes down to basics: new applications streamline the process of locating the most desirable properties in the least amount of time, bring and enforce discipline to the work process, and help us reduce advertising cost by driving more traffic to our website.

It has exceeded by far all of our original expectations.
