JS&A assists international students, U.S. citizens, and permanent residents educated abroad in foreign credential evaluation and translation to determine the foreign education equivalency in the United States.  In addition, they also
assist U.S. employers with foreign education verification and evaluation of their foreign educated employees.

JS&A came to us with a problem not that uncommon today.  They had had contracted to have some custom software developed, but after delivery the original developers were unavaible to offer continued support or enhancements.  TSD was contacted due to their proficiency in the language used for their in-house Client Tracking system.

Initially JS&A had some immediate bug fixes and minor enhancements that were criticial to conducting business.  Unfortunately, many of these high-priority fixes had to be defered for months and even years due to the unavailability of the original developers.

TSD quickly got these mission critical fixes done and deployed in a matter of weeks.  After the triage was completed, JS&A was able to focus on some true enhancements to their business model that would be supported by underlying technology changes.  The existing system (known as ClientTrack, and implemented in Powerbuilder 9.0) was enhanced to support the changes to their business model that had evolved over the years.


With the great success of these initial phases, JS&A decided to make the technology leap and start offering some "self-serve" functionality to their clients via their website.  And existing static website was in place, so the task before TSD was to seemlessly integrate with their existing website and offer the features they needed.
